Three years ago today, the RPA was opened for the first time. It became one of the biggest agencies on Club Penguin and was gaining new agents almost every week, especially during the Summer. We had many fun missions and gained new enemies, new allies and a few betrayals here and there. Unfortunately the Ballono/Cool incident drove the agency apart and it was abandoned for over 7 months before I decided to bring it back. I just want to say, I'm very thankful to all of you who made this agency what it was. You people have made my life better and have made me more confident as a person and for that, I say thank you and have a happy RPA anniversary.

For Operation: Unknown, I'm planning on delaying it again to Summer because we've got much more free time.
